Ordering the products you need is easy. Just go to dotfasteners.com and click on Popular Categories from the home page or visit the Products section and review our extensive offerings. In the Products Section, you may narrow down your product view by selecting Filters on the left side of the page. This will help to focus your search for products based on the applications to be used and specific needs you have. You may also find products using our Search function by typing keywords or part numbers.

Choose any item in the Products section to see a detailed view of the product features and description. Clicking on “Add to Cart” will place the item in your Shopping Cart. Once you have placed the products you need in your Shopping Cart, please choose “Proceed to Checkout.” You will need to either login at a Returning Customer or continue as a New Customer.

From the Checkout page, you will select your delivery method and enter payment and other information we may need to ensure prompt delivery. You will have the opportunity to review your order before the order is submitted. An order has not been placed until you have submitted it.

An email Order Confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been received. If you have not received emails from Scovill regarding your order, please check your spam, junk and clutter folders for the Order Confirmation. If you believe you have experienced an ordering issue via email or the web site, please Contact Us via our web form so that we may help you determine your order situation.

To expedite your needs, please be prepared to communicate your account number and the part numbers of the products you are interested in when you contact us. Our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.

Shipping and Delivery

Please note that our dotfasteners.com online ordering program is only available to customers in the US and Canada at this time. For customers that are located in other countries, please contact us or request a quote through scovill.com.

Your orders are important to us and will be shipped as soon as they become available. Some may even be ready within the week the order was placed. Currently, the dotfasteners.com online ordering program is unable to accommodate most overnight or other rush and priority shipments.  We are working to improve our turnaround time so that you may receive product more quickly after orders are placed. Please keep in mind that we are the manufacturer and maintain a standard production schedule with lead times that average 4 weeks. This means that from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped, several weeks may pass for some items. If an order cannot be processed within the standard 4 week lead time, the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible.  

If you would like your order to be shipped overnight or by other rush or priority shipment methods once it is available, we can accommodate your needs by special request at this time. Please use our Contact page to communicate your additional shipping needs and provide your Order Number and contact information so that we can expedite and confirm the request.

Payment Options

We gladly accept credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. The minimum billing is $50.00 USD per order. All orders are subject to credit card authorization andverification. In order for us to process your order in a timely manner, please ensure all billing information is accurate when you place your order. 

Payment Option

Scovill Fasteners will process a charge to your credit card when your order is shipped. Please note, there may be instances that your credit statement shows a pending charge before your order is shipped. This is simply an authorization hold your bank uses to reserve funds for your order per your bank’s policies.

In special cases, we offer open account terms with prior approval from our Credit Department. Usually this is determined by the customer’s order volume levels and annual spending with Scovill Fasteners. Sales Taxes and Tax-Exempt Customers

Scovill Fasteners is required to charge sales tax to orders being shipped to US locations in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas. Any orders being shipped to customers in these states will be charged sales tax. 

Some customers may hold a Tax-Exempt status. For those customers, we are required by law to obtain a copy of your Tax-Exempt Certificate.  To ensure accurate and efficient order processing, you must indicate your Tax-Exempt number in the data field provided in the Checkout Process when you place your order. This will immediately re-calculate your final order total. In addition, we request that you use our Contact page to attach and send a current copy of your Tax-Exempt Certificate immediately after placing your order.
