Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to process your order accurately and promptly. All shipments are Freight Prepaid as the shipping charges are added to the order when it is placed online.

Please note that our online ordering program is only available to customers in the US and Canada at this time. For customers that are located in other countries, please contact us or request a quote through

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping is offered through two carriers: UPS and Federal Express. When you place an order, freight is included and is prepaid with submission of your order. You’ll see shipping options when you place an order on Shipping and processing charges are generally based on the item size, weight, delivery destination and other factors determined by the carrier. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped Monday to Friday only. This excludes weekends and US holidays.

Currently, the online ordering program is unable to accommodate overnight or other rush and priority shipments on a consistent basis. We are working on improving our turnaround time so that you can receive product more quickly after orders are placed.

Please keep in mind that we are the manufacturer and maintain a standard production schedule with lead times that average 4 weeks. This means that from the time the order is placed to the time the order is shipped could be up to 4 weeks for some items. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order if it will take longer than normal to ship.

Delivery and Lead Time

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products, but these times are estimates only as many factors outside our control determine delivery. We currently offer only UPS or Federal Express shipping methods; therefore, your shipment cannot be delivered to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please note, we do not offer to ship Cash on Delivery (COD).

Your orders are important to us and will be shipped as soon as they become available. Some may even be ready within the week the order was placed. If an order cannot be processed within the standard 4 week lead time, the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible with an estimated ship date.
